RJ Toney Memorial Fund

The RJ Toney Memorial Fund was established by our Cleveland Foundation family and friends, to allow RJ’s legacy to create pathways of opportunity for young people. Donations to the RJ Toney fund will support young people 14 -30 who are committed to entrepreneurship, artist development and wealth building.
